Microsoft Outlook 2011 Mac Stopped Working

Not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but I don't know where to post it and really need some help.
Microsoft Outlook 2011 just stopped working, other Office apps run just fine. When clicking Outlook to launch, it bounces 2 - 3 times and just stops launching without an error msg.
I've tried launching it under another user acct and it opens fine.
Tried creating a new Office Identity under the user acct where it doesn't launch, and that didn't fix the problem. Tried rebuilding identity, tried removing preferences from User/Library/Preference/Microsoft.
Any ideas? Thank you!

The only real issues were the names given to special keys, and where they were physically located on the keyboard layout.
