  • I purchased a hard copy of Windows 10 at Best Buy so I can play PC games on my iMac.
  • I downloaded Microsoft's latest ISO file on March 7, 2016
  • On Boot Camp Assistant, under 'Select Tasks,' I checked all 3 boxes.
  • My Windows Support Software is up-to-date.
  • I was able to install Windows 10 and partition my drive successfully using Boot Camp Assistant on my first try.
  • In Windows Setup, it said, 'Windows can't be installed on drive 0 partition 4: BOOTCAMP' due to my Windows partition not being NTFS formatted. I pressed 'next' anyway and it seemingly worked because I was able to continue.
  • In startup disk (press option key during startup chime), I am able to select the Windows drive.
  • I am now stuck on this screen below:
  • There is no cursor.
  • Windows 10 does not recognize my keyboard and my mouse. I am not able to use them at all. I have to restart the computer to get out of this screen.
  • My keyboard and mouse are still able to work on my regular home user screen, though.
  • It's March 10, 2016 and I still don't know what to do. Any help would be massively appreciated! 🙂
